Once you purchase Giggles ERP, our team will initiate the software installation process. As Giggles ERP is a digital product, there is no physical shipping involved. Instead, the software will be installed remotely by our expert team, ensuring that everything is set up according to your requirements.

Training and Support:

After the installation of Giggles ERP, our team will provide comprehensive training to help you and your employees become familiar with the system's features and functionalities. Our goal is to ensure a smooth transition and maximize your team’s productivity.

Annual Maintenance Service (AMC):

If you opt for our Annual Maintenance Service (AMC), the updates to your software will be automatically applied for the duration of the AMC period. You do not need to manually check for updates, as they will be integrated into your system automatically, ensuring your software stays up-to-date with the latest features and security enhancements.

AMC Renewal

The AMC period will be updated in your software after each renewal. You can monitor the expiration date directly within the Giggles ERP interface. Before the expiry of your AMC, we will notify you to ensure continued service without interruption.

Delivery Timelines:

For One-Time Purchase: Once the purchase is confirmed, our team will schedule the software installation within 2-5 business days.

For AMC: Your software will be updated automatically during the AMC period. Renewals will be processed promptly to ensure no downtime.
