Termination Cancellation Policy for Giggles ERP

Effective Date: 1st December 2023

This Termination Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which Giggles ERP subscriptions, licenses, implementation orders, customization work, and related services may be cancelled or terminated.

Cancellation Before Order Confirmation

Cancellation requests may be considered before final order confirmation, Purchase Order, Proforma Invoice approval, or written/verbal confirmation from the customer.

Cancellation After Order Confirmation

Once an order is confirmed through Purchase Order, Proforma Invoice, finalized meeting, written approval, or verbal confirmation, cancellation may not be accepted. Any cancellation after confirmation will be subject to the work already completed, resources allocated, and commercial terms agreed between the customer and Techno Infonet Gujarat Pvt. Ltd.

Termination by Customer

The customer may request termination of subscription or services by providing written notice. Termination will be processed as per the agreed subscription, license, quotation, or service agreement terms.

Termination by Company

Techno Infonet Gujarat Pvt. Ltd. may suspend or terminate access to Giggles ERP in case of non-payment, misuse, unauthorized sharing of credentials, breach of agreed terms, illegal usage, or violation of company policies.

Effect of Termination

After termination, access to Giggles ERP may be restricted or revoked. Data retention, backup, handover, or deletion will be handled according to legal, contractual, and technical obligations.

Outstanding Payments

Termination or cancellation does not waive any outstanding payment obligations. Customers remain responsible for pending invoices, approved work, implementation, customization, support, or subscription charges.
